Dear Reader - Welcome to The Motorcycle Poems Vol. 2. More dispatches from the road. Another collection of poetry for people who don’t think they like poetry. Tom Waits famously said, “[t]he world is a hellish place, and bad writing is destroying the quality of our suffering.” This idea keeps me awake at night. This sentiment drives me to be a better writer. It is my sincere hope that in these poems I have given our suffering the dignity it deserves. I sure as hell tried. Cheers.
